2. The User acknowledges and agrees that AutoEvict does not constitute legal advice or legal representation of any kind whatsoever.

3. The User acknowledges that AutoEvict is an automated platform, which makes use of publicly available legal notices and/or information and/or documentation for the purpose of assisting Users desirous to proceed with an eviction in the User’s personal capacity.

4. The information, legal notices and/or documentation made available to the User on the AutoEvict platform, while updated periodically and subject to expert review, may be subject to change. The duty is on the User to ensure that they stay apprised of any developments and / or changes to notices and / or legal processes.

5. The User accepts responsibility for ensuring that the legal notices, documentation and/or information is correct insofar as applicable to their eviction. The User further agrees to seek assistance from the relevant forums, including but not limited to, legal practitioners and/or the relevant courts when required.

6. The User further acknowledges, agrees and accepts that AutoEvict does not cater for all disputes that may arise between a Landlord and Tenant and/or all types of evictions and/or associated legal proceedings. The User shall undertake to seek legal advice and/or legal representation in such instances.

7. By using the AutoEvict platform, its resources and any associated services as available on the website, https://autoevict.co.za/, the User agrees and acknowledges that this is done at the User’s own risk.

8. AutoEvict, its directors, employees and/or associated affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by the User due to any cause whatsoever arising from the User’s engagement with the AutoEvict platform and/or use of the information and/or documentation provided to the User by the AutoEvict platform for the purpose of obtaining an eviction between a landlord (or his/her duly authorised agent) and tenant.
