We understand that the cost of evicting a non-paying tenant through lawyers is huge. Around R68000 on average. That’s why we’re proud to offer a pay-per-document solution. Pay only for the document you need, when you need it. If the tenant leaves or settles the arrears, you can cancel the process, and won’t pay anymore! Simple.
